OBJECTIVES:

The overall Social Media Objective is summarized below:

  • To promote all the four restaurants in Rosewood Corniche in order to increase revisit.
  • To increase page engagement and generate followers while targeting Jeddah and Riyadh
  • To measure customer satisfaction towards the services provided by the hotel and its restaurants.

EXECUTION AND ACHIEVEMENTS

A Series of activities  run in order to cater the targeted consumers. Communication done via Facebook advertisements, Promotional Offers, Restaurant Overviews, Visual Engagement.

More than 28000 people reached on Facebook, a high rate of engagement with the audience, and an increase of 27% of Page likes.
