BRIEF:

Ramadan Nights Event consisting of Food Vendor Stalls set up by locals in the Yanbu District. Following a Hijazi theme followed with entertainment Stage Shows.

EXECUTION:

Announcements for the Ramadan Hijazi Event held over all major residential districts in Yanbu City. With Routine Announcements in the Royal Commission Residential Districts. Event Advertised in Dana Mall Yanbu.

Setup consisted of

  • Entertainment shows, with draws and competitions
  • 20 stalls set up for local food vendors
  • Hijazi Majlis Seating arrangement for Guests
  • Lighting Decoration as per the Hijazi Theme
  • Tents Allocation for Ladies Henna
  • Entertainment for Kids in the form of Inflatable Castles, Ride Able Horses and Performance Displays
